This fabulous New York City residence was designed by Stefan Boubli, a creative advisor and entrepreneur, who lives a considered life and inspires others to do the same through client and cultural projects.
Located at one of New York City’s most coveted uptown addresses, the residence combines three smaller apartments into one stunning new dwelling. Situated on the 61st floor of the Metropolitan Tower. each individual room is designed so that one can take in the views of Central Park below.
Suitable for a family of four with two children, the social living spaces are between the master bedroom and the kids’ rooms, concealed behind the secret door in the library, providing a buffer of sight and sound.
The kitchen and dining area are wrapped in waxed concrete, giving it a theatrical appeal. The kids bedrooms are a bright sky blue, with a funky fold away bed for when friends visit. Clad in bleached pine and subdued colors, the rest of the home is mainly a brown and cream color scheme.
With an ode to 80s interior design – during which the building was constructed – the home boasts classic interior fashions which still remain relevant today – a built-in wraparound sofa, a solid walnut library with secret door, and surround sound all over the home.
